Learning Calendar

Tom Farmer is an ACTA certified trainer with over 25 year experience in total rewards. He has trained over 1,000 HR professionals on compensation and benefits and global mobility topics, and roughly 500 line managers on pay basics. In addition to teaching WorldatWork courses for certification as Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Tom develops and delivers training for practitioners at all levels, offered through event partners throughout Asia, either publicly or on a customised in-house basis for corporate HR gatherings. Tom is also founder of ASEAN Total Rewards Institute (ATRI) offering the region’s only competency-based total rewards certification. For more information see Training  and Instructional Design.
